As the craze for the film "Detective Chinatown 1900" swept across the nation, Laoling Film and Television City has become a new landmark for local culture and tourism, driving the city's Spring Festival tourism revenue to over 90 million yuan. Laoling boasts a unique geographical advantage, located just 289 kilometers from Beijing with a driving distance of only 3 hours. Given that approximately 80% of China's film and TV companies are concentrated in Beijing, this proximity allows main creative teams and actors to shoot in Dezhou and return on the same day, significantly reducing production costs for film crews.

This "multi-purpose set" design philosophy enhances the utilization efficiency of set resources. Additionally, the "concierge-style production assistance services" provided by the film city offer comprehensive support for crews in terms of food, accommodation, and transportation, further reducing additional expenses.
影視IP帶動(dòng)文旅流量:從“打卡地”到“沉浸式體驗(yàn)”
在千年棗林晨跑偶遇周潤(rùn)發(fā),打卡楊紫同款長(zhǎng)安西市花店,樂(lè)陵通過(guò)影視IP給游客帶來(lái)的驚喜滿滿。隨著《唐探1900》和《國(guó)色芳華》的熱播,樂(lè)陵影視城迅速成為游客的打卡勝地。2025年春節(jié)期間,樂(lè)陵影視城推出“跟唐探?賀歲游”活動(dòng),帶動(dòng)周邊景區(qū)景點(diǎn)、商圈接待游客近70萬(wàn)人次,實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合收入超700萬(wàn)元。
為了提升游客的參與感,影視城在場(chǎng)景還原和互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)上下足了功夫。早在2024年8月,影視城就舉辦了首次免費(fèi)限時(shí)開(kāi)放活動(dòng),游客穿梭于《國(guó)色芳華》中的西市中,“一秒入唐”。今年春節(jié),園區(qū)推出了沉浸式體驗(yàn)活動(dòng),游客可以與百名NPC互動(dòng),觸發(fā)驚喜劇情。開(kāi)園迎賓秀、露臺(tái)秀、脫口秀、非遺火壺等豐富的演藝節(jié)目為游客帶來(lái)了多元化的文化體驗(yàn)。夜幕降臨時(shí),千架無(wú)人機(jī)與煙花同臺(tái)演出,更是將游客的體驗(yàn)推向高潮。
Film and TV IPs BolsteringCultural Tourism: From "Check-in Spots" to "Immersive Experiences"
Visitors might have jogged through the ancient jujube forest and unexpectedly encountered Chow Yun-fat or visited the same floral shop in Chang'an West Market featured in Yang Zi's TV series. Laoling has delivered a wealth of surprises to tourists through these popular film and TV IPs. With the hit releases of "Detective Chinatown 1900" and "Flourished Peony," Laoling Film and Television City quickly became a popular check-in spot for tourists. During the 2025 Spring Festival, the city launched the "Follow Detective Chinatown for a New Year Tour" event, which attracted nearly 700,000 visitors to the surrounding scenic spots and commercial areas, generating a comprehensive revenue of more than 7 million yuan.
To enhance visitor engagement, the film city has invested heavily in scene reproduction and interactive experiences. As early as August 2024, the city held its first free, time-limited open event, where visitors could wander through the West Market featured in "Flourished Peony" and "step into the Tang Dynasty" in an instant. During this year's Spring Festival, the park introduced immersive experiences, allowing visitors to interact with over a hundred NPCs and trigger surprise plotlines. Rich performance programs, including opening welcome shows, rooftop performances, stand-up comedy, and Fire Pot (Huo Hu) intangible cultural heritage shows, offered a diversified cultural experience for tourists. As night fell, a grand drone and fireworks show pushed the visitors' experience to a climax.
提振消費(fèi)政策:文旅融合的“新引擎”
樂(lè)陵市在落實(shí)提振消費(fèi)政策的過(guò)程中,特別注重文旅融合,尤其是通過(guò)影視文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)消費(fèi)升級(jí)。樂(lè)陵市文化和旅游局工作人員韓曉亮介紹稱,樂(lè)陵影視城落成以來(lái),一共提供了3萬(wàn)多個(gè)群演就業(yè)崗位。2024年,樂(lè)陵市邀請(qǐng)了國(guó)內(nèi)知名導(dǎo)演、制片人等前來(lái)考察,截至目前,已有72家影視相關(guān)企業(yè)在樂(lè)陵注冊(cè)登記,兩部電影和兩部電視劇已確定在樂(lè)陵影視城拍攝,進(jìn)一步提升了影視城的吸引力。
樂(lè)陵市還通過(guò)發(fā)放政府消費(fèi)券、打造夜間經(jīng)濟(jì)等方式,進(jìn)一步挖掘文旅消費(fèi)潛力。2024年,樂(lè)陵市發(fā)放了1000萬(wàn)元的政府消費(fèi)券,覆蓋零售、餐飲、家電、文旅等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。同時(shí),樂(lè)陵市打造了七大夜市,如棗林夜市、渤海美食城夜市等,吸引了大量市民和游客前來(lái)打卡,夜間經(jīng)濟(jì)成為拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)的重要引擎。這些措施不僅為影視城帶來(lái)了更多游客,也帶動(dòng)了周邊商圈和景區(qū)的消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)。
Boosting Consumption Policy: Cultural Tourism Integration as a "New Engine"
In the process of implementing policies to boost consumption, Laoling has placed special emphasis on the integration of culture and tourism, particularly through the development of film and TV tourism, to drive consumption upgrades. Han Xiaoliang, an official of Laoling Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, introduced that since its completion, Laoling Film and Television City has created over 30,000 job opportunities. In 2024, the city invited well-known domestic directors and producers to visit and conduct site inspections. To date, 72 film-related companies have registered in Laoling, and two films and two TV series have been confirmed to be shot in Laoling Film and Television City, further enhancing the city's appeal.
To further tap into the potential of cultural and tourism consumption, Laoling has adopted a variety of measures, including issuing government consumption vouchers and developing a vibrant night economy. In 2024, the city issued 10 million yuan worth of government consumption vouchers, covering multiple sectors such as retail, catering, home appliances, and cultural tourism. Additionally, Laoling has developed seven major night markets, including the Jujube Forest Night Market and the Bohai Food City Night Market, which have attracted a large number of residents and tourists. The night economy has become a significant engine for boosting consumption, not only bringing more visitors to the Film and Television City but also driving consumption growth in surrounding commercial areas and scenic spots.

樂(lè)陵影視城的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,是樂(lè)陵市“文旅興市”戰(zhàn)略的生動(dòng)實(shí)踐。影視城建設(shè)啟動(dòng)后,樂(lè)陵市相繼出臺(tái)《樂(lè)陵市“影視名城”建設(shè)實(shí)施方案》等文件,提供全方位配套服務(wù),統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)影視文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
在“文旅興市”戰(zhàn)略的引領(lǐng)下,樂(lè)陵影視城在“客流”變“客留”上下足功夫。豐富的沉浸式體驗(yàn)和多元化的消費(fèi)場(chǎng)景,則讓游客從“一日游”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤岸嗳沼巍薄S慰驮诎滋齑蚩ㄓ耙晥?chǎng)景、參與互動(dòng)活動(dòng),在夜晚欣賞燈光秀、煙花表演,這種全方位的文旅體驗(yàn),帶動(dòng)了游客在餐飲、住宿、購(gòu)物等的二次消費(fèi),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了“引得來(lái)、留得住、玩得好”的目標(biāo)。樂(lè)陵影視城徐恬睿表示,預(yù)計(jì)2025年雙園區(qū)正式開(kāi)業(yè)后,影視城全年客流量將突破200萬(wàn)人次,實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游綜合收入突破4.5億元。

The construction and development of Laoling Film and Television City are a vivid example of Laoling's "Cultural Tourism Revitalization" strategy. Since the launch of the film city project, the city has successively issued documents such as the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of a 'Film-Famous City' in Laoling," providing comprehensive supporting services to promote the high-quality development of the film and TV tourism industry.
Under the guidance of this strategy, Laoling Film and Television City has focused on transforming "foot traffic" into "loyal patrons." Rich immersive experiences and diversified consumption scenarios have transformed visitors’itineraries from "one-day tours" to "multi-day stays." During the day, tourists can visit film and TV sets and participate in interactive activities, while at night, they can enjoy light shows and fireworks displays. This all-encompassing cultural tourism experience has driven secondary consumption in catering, accommodation, and shopping, truly achieving the goal of "attracting visitors, retaining them, and ensuring they have a great time." Xu Tianrui from Laoling Film and Television City said that after the official opening of the dual parks in 2025, the annual visitor flow of the film city is expected to exceed 2 million, with a total tourism revenue breaking through 450 million yuan.
